Do you offer returns? We do not offer returns, exchanges or cancellations at this time. If you have an issue with your product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we're happy to help you.

Do you offer exchanges for a different color or product? We cannot exchange or change the color or product after your order has been placed.

What if my package was lost, stolen or delivered to the wrong address? First, we recommend contacting your shipping carrier directly to see if they can help you locate your package. We have no control over lost, stolen or misplaced packages. We offer Route Shipping Protection during checkout for this reason. You will receive an automated email from Route after placing your order. If you pay for Route Shipping Protection, they will assist you in replacing your package.

Can I make changes to my order once it has been placed? Orders begin processing immediately. We are unable to cancel, change or modify orders once they have been placed and shipped. Please double check your information before submitting your order! 

Can I update my mailing address after my order has been placed? As stated above, orders begin processing immediately. However, if your order hasn't shipped, you may reply to your order confirmation email and we will do our best to update your mailing address before your order ships. This method is not guaranteed so please double check your information before placing your order!

What if I have not received my order confirmation? Order confirmation emails may be delayed on occasion. If you have not received your confirmation email after 24 hours of your purchase, please contact us and we will resend your confirmation email.

What if I have not received my shipping confirmation? If you have not received your shipping confirmation, please reply to your order confirmation email letting us know. We'll look into it for you!
